At the heart of the experience economy is mobile, the vehicle of connection, discovery, expression, entertainment, & purchase. In the GCC, we have a very mobile dependent audience with strong emotional attachments to their devices. It is this very dependence that has made the path to purchase far more complex than it was in the past. The aim of this session is to better understand the role HNW consumers expect brands to play in the age of mobile, and to dwell on the opportunities that allow us to build more engaging & meaningful experiences.
