Elias joined Aon Hewitt 8 years ago. Prior to joining Aon Hewitt, Elias managed the HR function at various organizations including Baker Hughes and Coca-Cola Bottling, with responsibilities spanning across various geographies in the Middle East and the sub-continent.
Elias is a Partner at Aon Hewitt and leads the Employee Engagement solution across the Middle East & Africa. His areas of expertise lie in Employee Engagement, Culture Assessment, Talent Management and Leadership Assessment and Development. His focus is on ensuring that the employee engagement study results are linked to business performance and that leaders understand their role in strategically driving employee engagement within their organization. With 21 years of Middle East experience, his clients’ list includes large hospitality groups, healthcare institutions, Oil & Gas organizations and reputed financial organizations where he led strategic and large scale projects.
Elias also leads Aon Hewitt Best Employers Middle East study that identifies the “best” regional employers as well as what differentiates them from the “rest”, provides insights on how to create real competitive advantage through people and explores what makes an employer of choice.
A Lebanese national, Elias is fluent in both Arabic and English.
