Based in Dubai, he is responsible for planning and executing performance marketing campaigns aimed at growing the brand’s footprint within the region.
In the last year he is been driving IBM’s performance transformation: building the digital marketing practice in MEA, re-inventing IBM’s Events, and launching IBM’s Marketplaces in MEA
Khaled started his career in IBM’s Software Development lab in Egypt and has had multiple sales and marketing management roles. These have included setting up IBM’s marketing units in Egypt, the UAE and the wider Middle East and North Africa regions. His responsibilities have included building IBM’s brand and driving demand in the region, as well as structuring IBM’s services marketing organization.
His education includes a BS in Engineering and an MBA from ESLSCA Business School. Khaled was selected by Byte Middle East as one of the top 20 technology influencers in the Arab world.
