Poor communication can severely undermine the interactions that occur in our personal and professional lives. Effective communication is therefore a key factor in understanding and motivating people.
This workshop aims to facilitate a better understanding of personality structures with a view to developing the means to successfully operate and communicate in times of intense stress.
It will explore ways to identify and accentuate positive personality traits and skills; help to reveal individual weaknesses that can result in non-productive and undesirable behaviour; and review ways to better understand oneself and others.
The workshop will also reveal how to motivate others; adapt communication techniques to suit different personality profiles; extract the best from a team by adapting your language and behaviour; and reduce stress and increase energy levels to increase performance; as well as how to use profiling to support successful communication.
Finally, by employing the Process Communication Model®, the presentation will provide valuable tips for curtailing negative behaviour to become more positive, productive individuals.
